I co-teach, with fellow Reiki Master Becky Lynch-Stanley, one to three Reiki Attunement Workshops each year. We teach, as we were taught, Reiki in three levels:
Reiki I - learn Reiki techniques for self-treatment and that for intimate family, friends, and pets
Reiki II - learn Reiki techniques for distance-treatment and working on unfamiliar people or animals
Reiki III - learn to teach Reiki to others (Master Teacher)
Each workshop consists of group discussion, energy exploration, journaling and guided meditations, Reiki Attunements, hands-on practice, and ends with a shared Reiki Circle.
We provide a manual for each level and recommend as a text
